We are passionate about your health and making sure that your investment with us is benefitting you. If you are experiencing problems with any piece of footwear that we have provided you with, please book a Follow-up appointment here and we will make it right.  

Return Policy

Shoe Solutions offers a 14 day exchange only policy, ZERO RETURNS. Items that need to be exchanged are to be brought back in store or shipped back at the purchaser's expense. Items will not be exchanged if they show any visible signs of indoor or outdoor wear, if they are missing the original insoles, if they have been exposed to strong odors (cigarette smoke, pets, food, etc.) or if the item is deemed to be unsellable by a Shoe Solutions footwear advisor. 

For safety and hygienic reasons the following are all FINAL SALE: socks, compression socks, compression sleeves, Medilogics, and any other footwear accessory.

Shipping Policy

We ship Canada wide with Canada Post. Delivery dates are dependent on Canada’s Post’s level of busyness. Alberta wide is an estimated 3-4 business days, and Canada wide is 5-10 business days. We charge a $25 flat rate of shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of any product sent back.  

Remember, we always have free pick-up from our Lethbridge or Calgary location!
